Notice: Tickets refund

ON-LINE TICKETS valid from 24 February to 1 March 2020

In order to manage the ticket purchases made online, the Museo Egizio offers two ways to recover the unused entrance ticket:

1) EXTENSION OF VALIDITY

- ENTRANCE TICKETS PURCHASED ONLINE

For all entrance tickets valid on the dates 24-25-26-27-28-29 February and 1 March 2020, their validity is extended until 31 August 2020.

Ticket holders can present the unused ticket at the ticket office of Museo Egizio on the same day on which they intend to visit the museum, or they can write to info@museitorino.it to communicate the new date of the visit.

In both cases, priority access will be given to them and therefore owners of these tickets will not have to do the queue.

- ENTRANCE TICKETS + GUIDED TOURS PURCHASED ONLINE

For all entrance tickets + guided tours valid on 24-25-26-27-28-29 February and 1 March 2020, their validity is extended until 31 August 2020.

Ticket holders must make a new reservation for the guided tour by calling 011 4406903 or writing to info@museitorino.it .

2) REQUESTS FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF ONLINE TICKETS

All those who do not wish to use the extension of validity of entrance tickets and guided tours already purchased, they can request a refund, NO LATER THAN 31 MARCH 2020, as follow:

- send a formal refund request to info@museitorino.it;

- enclose the tickets and reservation receipts in the e-mail;

- indicate the e-mail address used for the purchase;

ATTENTION: the refund of online purchases will be made directly to the credit card used for the transaction.

 

SCHOOL GROUPS BOOKED in the period 24 February - 15 March 2020

Those who have purchased entrance tickets and/or visits for school groups in the period from 24 February to 15 March 2020,  must submit, NO LATER than 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF VISIT, a formal request of reimbursement to info@museitorino.it specifying the following data:

1) booking code

2) amount paid

3) name of the person who made the bank transfer

4) IBAN number used for payment

ATTENTION: the refund for group visits will be made exclusively on the IBAN used to make the transfer.
