Ticket refund – Covid-19 emergency

From Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.; Saturday, 9.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m.
Admission tickets purchased online and not used can be retrieved in two ways, according the the visitor's preference:

extension of validity
refund

How to use the extension of validity?

For ENTRANCE TICKETS: buyers can present the unused entrance ticket at the ticket desk of the Museo Egizio on the same day they intend to visit the museum, or write to info@museitorino.it to communicate the new date on which they intend to use the unused ticket. The extension of validity is reserved exclusively for admission tickets.
For ENTRANCE TICKETS + GUIDED TOUR: buyers of entrance tickets + guided tour, instead, must make a new reservation for the guided tour by writing to info@museitorino.it .

How to request a REFUND?
All those who have not been able to use the entrance tickets and do not wish to use the extension of validity of the tickets and guide tours already purchased can request a refund, within 30 days from the date of the missed visit, in the following ways:

send the formal refund request to info@museitorino.it;
attach the ticket(s) received to the e-mail;
indicate the e-mail address used for the purchase;

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

The extension of validity can only be requested for tickets and guided tours purchased for the dates coinciding with the mandatory closing of the Museo Egizio.
The refund of online purchases will be made directly to the credit card used for the transaction.
