Since December 24^th to January 6^th the Egyptian Museum of Turin will observe a special opening hours.

December 24^th: 8.30 - 14.30

December 25^th: CLOSED

December 26^th: 8.30 - 19.30

December 28^th: 8.30 - 19.30

December 31^th: 8.30 - 14.30

January 1^st: 10.30 - 19.30

January 4^th: 8.30 - 19.30

January 6^th: 8.30 - 19.30

The ticket office closes an hour before.

LIBRARY OF THE MUSEO EGIZIO MOVED TO NATIONAL LIBRARY

Due to works in the Museum, since 5 October, the Library of the Museo Egizio has been temporarily relocated to the National Library - piazza Carlo Alberto, 3 (1^st floor - ex Sala Periodici).

Saturday August 15^th the Museum will be opened from 8.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.

EGYPTIAN MUSEUM’S GUIDED TOURS

We wish to communicate to our visitors that a new programme for guided tours (no reservations) by an Egyptologist , is available:

Tuesday through Saturday at 11.30 - 17.30
Sunday at 11.00 – 12.00 – 15.00 – 16.00

Unique price (excluding Entrace) € 4 p.p. (free for children aged 0-10 years)
Length of visit: 1 h 30 mins.

It’s necessary to register at the Ticket Office on a “first come first serve” basis (max 30 p.p. for each start).

Reservations are not required but recommended.
