Access to the Writing Gallery, Third Floor – July 2026

We are restoring the exhibition installation designed by Piero Sanpaolesi (1904–1980), a significant intervention from the 1950s featuring a helical staircase, a ceiling skylight, and an oval opening below.

For this reason, from 7 to 10 July and again from 13 to 17 July, access to the third floor will be available exclusively via the lifts and staircases in the Galleries of Material Culture (Room 2B, second floor).
